Janalaxmi Co-op. Bank Ltd., was established on 14 February, 1976 by a group of persons committed to social service with a view to provide financial needs to weak and lower class people.  The Bank grew step by step and got excellent support from its shareholders, dedicated employees from time to time. Janalaxmi Co-operative Bank is the first Bank who had started computerization in its Branches since 1990-1991 in Nashik region.  The first Branch “Samruddhi ” with total automation from the inauguration of Branch was established in 1994.  Since then, Bank did total computerization of each Branch within a span of 5 to 7 years.  Today Bank is having 22 Branches and 2 Extension Counters.  19 Branches are in Nashik City and rest 3 Branches are in different parts of Maharashtra.  Upliftment of economic standard through social interaction is the main objective of Co-operative Bank.  The mission statement of Janalaxmi Bank is “Sneha, Seva, Samruddhi”. 
Bank has given top priority to high quality customer service.  To sustain with cutthroat competition in Banking Industry and to provide prompt and better facility services to our
esteemed customers. I solicited co-operation from my Colleague, Directors, Customers, Employees, Members, Trustworthy, Borrowers and Depositors with whose support the Bank has grown.
